QUICK TIP TO KICK OFF THAT HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. Make achievable and concrete targets.  Spend a few minutes walking, running or doing gym work everyday.  Some experts say you need to walk 10k steps a day. For starters, that might be a daunting goal. You can start by walking 2k steps a day and build it up towards achieving 10k. If you prefer being on a treadmill, you can target running 3 mins a day and building your resistance over time. Before you know it, you're already running a marathon.
